1. Pricing: The listed price is per pound. You must purchase the whole fish. Please enter your estimated desired weight (in pounds), and we will select a fish close to that size. The exact weight and final cost will be confirmed at delivery.

2. Cutting: Fish will be cut into standard portions by default.

3. Product Info: This frozen fish product is imported from a third-party supplier.

4. Descaling: Upon request, we will scale the fish. Extra charges will be applied.

5. Weighing & Processing Information: Whole fish are weighed in their frozen, packaged state after placing your order to determine the final price. Following the weighing process, the fish are descaled and cut according to your selected preferences before delivery. Please note that the final delivered weight may be slightly lower than the original due to the cleaning and preparation procedures.
